1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally, so stay tuned!
2. How much does shipping cost?
All orders come with Free Shipping – no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 12:00 am (midnight) will begin processing the next business day. Orders after that time will be processed the following day.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes! You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
6. Restocking Fee?
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.
7. How do I request a return?
Please email us at support@tropixbeach.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if needed). Our team will guide you through the return process.
8. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
